Hi, I am Erica Gierman, LMFT and I have been in the therapy field now for over 20 years. I am licensed to provide psychotherapy services in California since 2008 (in person or via telehealth) and in Oregon via telehealth since 2021. Over the years I’ve learned that therapy is the most powerful when you; the client feel safe, heard and seen. My experience, training and education come in later but first and foremost there needs to be a good match between therapist and client.

While I have helped a variety of different clients I am often sought for my holistic body, mind and soul, Spiritual approach to healing for those who are attracted to this. In addition to being a therapist and I am a Reiki Master, trained in Breathwork, Flower Essences, Hypnosis and Past Life Regression hypnosis by Dr. Brain Weiss, and conduct Space Cleansing and Blessing ceremonies while currently dabbling in Curanderismo (to honor my Mexican roots and ancestors). I utilize these skills to inform my approach when working with people seeking a spiritual approach to therapy.

I offer a 20 minute phone call free of charge where you can get to know me a bit and have your questions answered. From there we can book a session if you want to meet. Upon meeting we will still be determining if working with me is the best fit.
